Time is limited.
A plan that needs a quiet week is hard to maintain. Individual coaching works around each participant's responsibilities and available time.
THE LEGAL EDGEBook a callTHE LEGAL EDGE / FOR LAW FIRMS
Give your lawyers structured support they can use through demanding periods. A firm-sponsored cohort of 10–20 people, with individual training, nutrition and coaching for each participant.

THE CHALLENGE FOR LEGAL TEAMS
A wellbeing benefit only has value if people can use it. Long hours, client commitments and unpredictable workloads can make even motivated lawyers struggle to keep a routine.
A plan that needs a quiet week is hard to maintain. Individual coaching works around each participant's responsibilities and available time.
One colleague wants to lose body fat. Another wants to build strength or regain consistency. A shared cohort does not mean a shared plan.
A gym membership or wellbeing app can offer useful resources. Personal guidance helps people decide what to do and keep following through.
PERSONAL SUPPORT. SHARED OPPORTUNITY.

Personal training, nutrition and ongoing support around the working week.
WHY A FIRM WOULD INVEST
Give participants a clear route from intention to action: a personal programme, a coach who understands their working week and support when circumstances change.
For the firm, start with a defined pilot and evaluate uptake, engagement and participant experience. The goal is a useful, credible health benefit with a practical way to assess its value.
Help participants establish consistent training, nutrition and recovery habits around their working lives.
Meet different goals, preferences and starting points with individual coaching rather than a single set of instructions.
Agree a coordinated programme, onboarding process and point of contact, while keeping coaching conversations individual.
Use agreed aggregate measures and participant feedback to understand what is working and what needs adjusting.
WHAT THE PROGRAMME DOES
Different roles, routines and goals need individual support. Each participant receives a personal assessment and programme, with ongoing coaching as their workload changes.
The firm sponsors access. The coaching remains personal.
WHAT YOUR PEOPLE EXPERIENCE
A partner training before work, an associate fitting sessions around deadlines and a colleague rebuilding their routine can take part together. Their plans stay individual.

A PILOT WITH A PURPOSE
Start with a defined cohort and agree what success means for your firm. The pilot can assess whether your people use the support, find it valuable and build more consistent routines.
Review participation and feedback together before deciding whether to expand. Individual health records are not an employer performance score, and the programme does not promise billable-hour or retention outcomes.
Cohort size, coaching rhythm, optional testing, budget and data boundaries.
Each participant meets their coach and receives their own programme.
Aggregate uptake, participant feedback and agreed next steps.
A PRACTICAL RHYTHM
A private conversation to understand goals, working patterns, training history and nutrition habits.
A short participant update, followed by a personalised 5–10 minute coaching video and adjustments to the plan.
A 15–20 minute individual coaching call, with direct messaging support for questions between calls.
An agreed review with the programme contact, using appropriate aggregate participation data and feedback.
INDIVIDUAL LEGAL CLIENT EXPERIENCE
“He really focused on making the routine and schedule work for me, rather than just giving me a generic plan and generic advice.”

Individual coaching feedback. This is not a testimonial from an employer-sponsored firm pilot.
PRIVACY & REPORTING
Individual health information and coaching conversations remain private. Employer reporting, consent and programme measures are agreed before the pilot begins.
OPTIONAL PROGRAMME ELEMENTS
Wearables, available health reports and blood testing can be discussed as part of the scope. Inclusion, costs and data handling are agreed before onboarding.
